Product overview:

Maleki-DW 100 is an innovative 1-component liquid containing active silicate agents. It reacts with components of masonry like lime and cement, penetrating deep into the substrate to form a solid acid resistant and dense silicate structure.

Maleki-DW 100 seals off porous, sandy and absorbent areas like concrete, screed and mineral cementitious surfaces. The crystallization forms a permanent structure that stops the seepage of ground water, salt water and corrosive chemicals. Maleki-DW 100 is especially effective against residual underground moisture and suitable for indoor or outdoor surfaces (e.g. basement walls and old buildings).

Suitable for following applications:

• As a sealant against moisture on walls for subsequent waterproofing
• Areas continually exposed to salt water or aggressive chemicals such as acids & alkalis
• Durable surface protection against agressive chemicals such as acids & alkalis
• Concrete facades, walls, basements, horizontal barriers, pipes and all old or new cementitious substrates
• Coating after applying is possible
